Free AI captures per month

Pause AI parsing and dictation (kill switch). For a runaway bill or an upstream incident. Every account gets on-device parsing until it is off.

Residents must enter a join code to sign up. Off for the consumer app: anyone can sign up. Turn on only for an invite-only deployment (the sign-up form then tells people to email support).

Open the follow-up survey to everyone now. Normally it opens by itself four weeks after each resident's own sign-up; this switch opens it for all at once. Collect no patient identifiers — always on, for every account; built into the app since 21 Sep 2026 and not a setting. The MRN field is not shown, a dictated MRN is discarded, free text with a long number is refused, and ACGME's Case ID receives each case's random OpTally code (OT-XXXXXXXX). On each resident's next sign-in or refresh, MRNs already on the device are removed (a salted hash keeps import matching working) and every case gets its code.
Enforced in the app, not on the server — case data is end-to-end encrypted, so the server cannot inspect a payload to reject one. Removal of stored MRNs happens on each device when it next loads, and the purged copy re-syncs, so the encrypted server copy loses them too; a device that never comes back online keeps its old copy.

Parsing

Model — applies to all residents and overrides their local choice

Backend — where dictations are parsed. Same models either way, and both paths sit under a BAA: Anthropic direct under the Anthropic BAA, Bedrock under the AWS BAA (bills to AWS, needs no Anthropic key).
